Add a Leads Forwarder tool

Create a Leads Forwarder Custom Tool so new leads are forwarded to your WhatsApp number.

In this tutorial, you will add one Leads Forwarder tool and send leads to your own WhatsApp number.

Time needed: 10 minutes

Before you start

Make sure:

• This instance is on AI. The Tools tab is hidden in Keyword mode.
• You already have an AI Default Reply. If not, finish Create an AI Default Reply first.
• You know the WhatsApp number that should receive the lead.

Write the number with country code, no +, no spaces.

1. Open Tools

On the instance page, open Chatbots & Tools.

Click the Tools tab.

2. Choose Leads Forwarder

Click New Tool.

In Select Tool Type, click Leads Forwarder.

3. Name the tool

In Leads Forwarder Settings:

1. Enter a Tool Name.

Example: Lead ke bos

2. Leave Status on Enable.

4. Set the WhatsApp recipient

Under Forward Recipients, turn on Forward to WhatsApp.

In WhatsApp Numbers / Group ID, add your number.

Example: 60123456789

5. Save the tool

Click Create Tool.

Make sure it worked

Leads Forwarder appears in the Tools list with Enable.

Ask a test question that shares a name or phone number. Your recipient number should get a lead notice.

If it didn’t work

I cannot see Tools

The instance is still Keyword. Finish Turn on AI mode first.

Create Tool is blocked

Forward to WhatsApp is off, or the number has + or spaces. Fix the number, then save again.
